Cristina Mellas, CMT

Cristina graduated from the University of Physical Education in Bucharest, Romania with a specialty in Physical Therapy. She has been working with HealthStyles since 1992. Cristina expanded her knowledge to include massage therapy. She graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute. Her primary focus of interest is in sports rehab, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial massage therapy. Cristina believes that therapeutic massage enhances ones quality of life by helping to promote the healing process, supporting an active life-style, and by giving an increased sense of well being.
