Bill is a graduate from University of Michigan Physical Therapy in 1966. Bill served as Physical Therapist in the US Army for two years. Bill has worked in Hospital and Private Practice settings for over 40 years. In 1991, Bill was certified in Hand Therapy. He also holds a MBA in Advanced Management from MSU in 1975.
